PAST CAST MILESTONES
Oney, Keisha Stewart, and Amber, went on to college and received degrees in drama.
Carlton Turner starred in a Ron Gates video (details above) titled: "Through Thine Own Eyes" with Jeremy Slate and Buddy Lowe.
Etha Gray was featured in a film produced by Hank Gray (no relations) titled: "A Time to be Remembered", a video portrait History of Juneteenth celebrating freedom from slavery.
Etha, too, went on to produce three videos" "Supreme Decree, Lisa Jane, and Warrior in Exile.
Unfortunately, due to local politics getting in the way, the show was canceled. Response was quite good, but due to the higher power of wealthy donors, they wanted it off the air.

Remembered" was an Award Winning project, taking "First Place Documentary" at the Kodak film fest in Hollywood; a success I have always attributed to the caliber of actors (you) involved.
I still have your son's information, and it's nice to know that, like his mom, he is still very active in his craft.
I can have you writing screenplay format in no time, if you want. I think your idea would be right up there with the Color Purple as far as popularity, so I hope the thought of bringing Sweet Daddy Red to the big screen doesn't go away.
